HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS FORUM TONIGHT January 22, 2014, 7 to 8:30 pm The Ashland Interfaith Clergy Circle (of which Rabbi David & Rabbi Sue are members) is co-sponsoring a community event tonight to raise awareness about human trafficking, particularly as it involves young Southern Oregon girls and boys. A short film developed by the Portland organization Shared Hope will be shown, and we will hear from a local attorney who has been working to fight trafficking in Oregon. The community is invited, as it is our goal to help people in the valley become aware of this criminal activity and what we can do about it. The event will be held at the First Presbyterian Church sanctuary on January 22, from 7 to 8:30 pm. Please come and invite your friends.
