HUMILITY: The greatest warriors, the very best business leaders, the wisest people of our time have been humble. Humility is a very misunderstood character trait. Humility IS NOT thinking less of one self, its thinking of oneself less. The most humble are the most confident. Because humble people develop their inner strength, their confidence and self worth from intrinsic factors. Building confidence with extrinsic things like money, popularity, appearance develops insecurity. Want more confidence, think of yourself less. Its that simple and that hard. I spoke to someone via Skype yesterday who had spent some time doing business with Paul Walker on a fundraiser. He said he exuded inner confidence. Not the fake confidence that is masked sometimes with charisma. That can and does mask at many times peoples fear. Inner confidence. He said it was obvious it wasnt all about himself. He talked as much as he listened. He was generally interested. And he was so passionate about channeling his fame and profile to help other people. It was contagious.
