SUPERACTION!! 10 brand new vans full of dogcatchers, 5 vans on a street, 5 vans on the next one, 2 brand new cars for ASPA bosses...in one car, Razvan Bancescu(trying to take us a picture), in other, another chief of ASPA, mr. Treeroiu...They said they have no money for poor dogs, so, they must be euthanised....but...there are a lot of money for 10 brand new vans, 2 SUVs for bosses, and for hiring tens of dogcatchers...this is a parade of new cars…in the meantime, in public”shelters” dogs stay outside in the rain, without any food…real death camps!!
