You will need to fill your car gas tank before storm. • Create an Emergency Kit to take with you if you do go to a shelter. Update the kit every 6 months to make sure all food, water and medications are fresh and that personal documents and credit cards are up to date. • Bring reading material and games for use during a stressful time. • Include any other item you feel necessary for your survival. • Pack contents in a sturdy rolling covered plastic storage bin or suitcase.
