Ha ha oh boy....the irony So Blue Cross has been screwing up our billing over the past few months...Ive been on the phone several times to fix the problem and every time I get a new person who has no clue of what Im talking about....and thus I must explain the problem from the beginning over again. Each time It seems to get to a solution I make sure that I get a confirmation number.....that is supposed to be a record of what was accomplished...new month same problem and we start it all over again.....and every time I get a new person they have no idea what the confirmation number means. I actually got a call back from a representative who was requesting additional information and told me to call her back.....but gave me no contact phone number....and upon calling the 800 line....no one even knows who she is. So I just got an automated phone call from Blue Cross asking to take a phone survey about how satisfied I was with the service....I dont usually bother but this time I thought what the hell so Im halfway through this survey....and the phone call just drops. Couple seconds later still nothing....Jesus....they cant even get the survey to work right....god forbid I EVER need to actually USE the insurance.
