Haba!! Seems like Owelle is repenting. I noticed his company (Roche)s excavators at work near PDP State secretariat and near the roundabout at Akwakuma new road as well as Works Layout, digging up the gutters probably to widen them. A very good idea although conceived late. My only fear is the the same fate that has befallen most of Owelles other projects does not befall this one. If you go to Egbu House at Road 5, Owelles fake engineers excavated that road since November last year and up till now the place have been abandoned making that once accessible road unusable. I wonder what will happen to the people living there when the rains fully set in. If Owelle will break a record this time by finishing just one project satisfactorily, not only will the people living there be happy but I will write him a congratulatory letter but if he shoots himself in the feet by abandoning those gutters...Ha! Na to his political detriment as it would be yet another nail hammering shut his political coffin. Less I forget, the coffin at ITC is still waiting for Owelle. Ka Chineke mezie okwu.
