Habitat for humanity of Ellis county is sponsoring a Festival of Trees fundraiser and all proceeds will benefit their mission of eliminating poverty in Ellis County. The WRC will be putting together a beautiful Christmas tree to donate. These trees are put on display and then auctioned off on November 22-23 at the Waxahachie Bible Church. We all run races, some of those are charitable causes. This is an issue we can not ignore. Choose to run this race, choose to support our community. You can contribute by donating running themed items to decorate our tree. Monetary donations, gift cards, WRC shirts, socks.. Are all ideas.
