Habits. We all have them. Sometimes we dont even realise it - the time we get up, the food we eat, our evening routine. To have a healthy and active lifestyle you need to form new habits, and sometimes get rid of old ones. Exercise needs to be ingrained into your day much like brushing your teeth or doing you hair! Make it habit and it will be lifelong and not just a fad. It will have long term health benefits not just immediate weight loss ones. So ask yourself, do you really need to watch 3 hours of shit tv every night? Or could u deal with just 2? Can you spend that extra hour giving your body the best chance against every illness or socially debilitating disease by pounding the street or beasting it at the gym? It might be hard at first but the more u do it, the more ingrained into your life it will become. Before you know it will be second nature to you, much like it will still be second nature to the guy next to you who will still be wasting his life watching shit tv...
