Habits are behaviors will and is a choice we make we can change our bad habits into the right choices. Habits are unconscious patterns we develop, choices are decisions we make consciously that we can choose to make those correct choices and after a while can develop into good habits. We have to choose to be happy and not go based on our feelings because feelings are reactions to what others do to us. We cant control what others do but we can choose how we react. So it is our chose to submit our will to God.
