Had a 45-minute talk with Will D. Campbell in Clarksville, Tennessee several years ago. Mr. Campbell was the keynote speaker at the Ohio Valley History Conference at Austin Peay State University that year. He had a heart big enough to love all people--regardless of race, civil rights leaders and kkk members alike. The first thing you noticed about him was a deep humility.
