Had a Dr appointment yesterday. I really miss brushette and wish he was continuing on. This is my first pregnancy without him and having new doctors isnt really making me feel comfortable. new doctors bed side manner is terrible and doesnt give me much hope for the delivery :-( Got to hear the babys heartbeat which is a wonderful sound, he said well its alive and home I didnt think there was a question about that but okay... that wasnt the part that got me upset. He said that I had to wait 5 weeks for anatomy ultrasound because Im overweight and they dont like to do them before then on overweight people, and that they may have to send me to bangor for it because of my size. Although a lot of my fat wasnt located where the baby is (his words). Ive had my other ultrasounds here with no problems and never once did brushette say any thing about my weight being an issue for the scan. I know im overweight, no question about that, but he could have just said 5 more weeks for ultrasound and I would have said okay. Now he made a pregnant momma upset.
