Had a busy 2 days. New York City trip on Friday. A birthday present from parents. Trip included a boat trip around Manhatten, Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island, Then lunch at a great little french bistro & a quided bus tour around Manhatten. Was able to get out & walk near ground zero but, not in the acutal memorial. Was able to see cooper mural decaided to first responders & frie house that lost all members during 9/11. Freedom Tour almost done, also tower 4 nearly done, & tower 3 just getting started on rebuild. On Saturday morning went to pump primers & muster in Harrisburg for antique fire trucks. A bit humid not to bad. No Arines Fox fire trucks this year. Bumer!! Still had a great day. Also had to work yesterday, was definitly tired at the end of the day. Well worth it. Would love to go back to New York City & do some more walking around.
