Had a busy few days this week . Today we were at Dalesdown in Dial post cooking a roast dinner for 70 people , Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast Potatoes, Broccoli and Carrots followed by Apple Crumble and Custard went down a treat. Thursday we were over at Horley Bowls Club Celebrating their centenary, We provided at small buffet for lunchtime and then in the evening a hot sit down meal for 70 people with out a single cooker insight the miracles we perform they had a choice of Beef Stroganoff, Chicken al king or Poached Salmon with Hollandaise sauce followed by a selection of desserts and cheese and biscuits. In Between all this we had a small order for a few cakes, well 20 lrg 12 portion cakes Coffee and Walnut, Carrot, Ginger, Victoria, Lemon Drizzle and my famous Chocolate Cola cake, 70 Scones with cream and jam and 40 Fruit Tartlets these all went over to The College of St Barnabas in Lingfield. Looking forward to next week for a rest.
