Had a couple of naughty sessions to start Friday off. First off, a bit of DELTAGE with Laura Nicholls. Warmed up with 7 sets of Lateral raise, 10lb d/bells reps of.....100,60,40,20,20,20,20! Front press next up, 30kg x 60, 40x 40, 50x20, 50x20, 50x15, 50 x 10-10 (DROP SET LAST SET). Reverse peck fly 7 sets x 20-15 (20kg). And for Traps 8 sets x 20 reps Shrugs 40kg each side. And by the way Richard Illingworth, Laura did 1 set of 20 reps with the 32.5kg d/bell WITHOUT STRAPS OR, HOOKS!!! BUSTED MATE!!!!
