Had a dream last night... I was walking through an unfamiliar mall on my way to do a book signing when I heard a female voice call out LaRon! Hey, is that the new book? I looked down at the book I held in my hand. It wasnt Platomic. It looked like a horror novel (had the idea to write a horror/erotica novel in the future). I then looked up to see who was calling me. It was Mary J. Blige...calling ME by name. I nodded and she said, Im going to need two of those...no, 5. How are the kids and the wife? I couldnt speak. In the dream it didnt feel like I should have been star struck. It felt like I knew her. Im not even an MJB fan like that to be dreaming about the woman, so Im taking it as foresight to a similar thats going to happen in the future. Im going to call my spiritual advisors on this one. Diyah Pinck, Diyah Pinckney, Shani HiddenAlchemy Fenderson, GiGi Watt, whats up with this dream? Also, Mary was doing her own album signing at the time. She also had a couple of bootleg copies of her album under the table. The cover of my unknown book was green and blue and my name and the title were written in gold. Also, when I flipped through the pages, the text was weird and it looked like Id made notes in it. Thats all I remember. It was hardcover with a dust jacket wrapped in plastic as well. I know in dreams, all of that matters.
