Had a dream last night where I got a medical procedure done in which I had electric connection cables put through my legs through the base of my feet to my knees (looking back, the look of the of the chords and procedure overall was pretty gross, but in the dream it seemed normal); after the procedure, I had physical improvements in every aspect of daily life (could jump higher, run faster, etc.) and I one point I exclaimed something like, It couldnt get any better than this!, to which someone then informed me that in addition to having these new found abilities, I would also die much younger. Right after realizing this (for some reason I had no idea of the consequences initially), the apparatus attached to my legs became infuriatingly uncomfortable, and I basically went insane in the midst of the intolerable wires going through my legs and the fact that it would kill me sooner than later. Most disappointing dream ever.
