Had a fantastic day today. Went to the Dr. Its been a 3 month process. My blood pressure previously was out of control. My blood pressure has been regulated consistently, and I lost 27lbs and counting. I have been taken off of some of my meds and I feel good. God is blessing me in so many ways. And doors are wide open. But I wont be able to enjoy them dead! So my lifes focus has been self control in all areas. Any1 who has ever helped me thanks. #idonttripirun!
