Had a few major blessings this morning: all night my sciatica was really screaming, so not much sleep, and poor Brian is so understanding. He knew I was in pain. It was the worst and longest Ive ever had. I am grateful that I dont have to go to a job. I am grateful that I have the Pension, praise be to God for my living in this country at this time. Brian fed the chooks for me and turned the tables by asking if he could make my breakfast for me - I love that man! I was going to ask on Facebook if anyone had brilliant ideas as to how to get rid of the pain of sciatica, and then I remembered that my pain goes with a hot shower. And yes, it did! Ooooh, the relief! Normally, hot packs dont work and medication either doesnt work or blows me away when it does work. Im still after ideas from anyone out there in Fb. Land. Thankyou, in advance. Sorry to complain, but maybe sharing your ideas will help others, too.
