Had a followup visit with the Dr today. Checked my PulsOx and it was 78%. They like to see numbers in the 90s. This would explain several new things that have been happening. Things like inability to concentrate, short term memory loss, language loss, muscle weakness and that dazed and confused feeling. My lungs are not absorbing the oxygen Im inhaling and so Im at the early stages of oxygen deprivation. I am now on oxygen. Im getting a little carry tank so I can ride the scooter and at home I will have those monstrous 3 foot tanks. Dr says I should notice a remarkable change in my overall condition. To me this marks a milestone...one that I was not particularly looking forward to. It tends to put your frailty right in your face and theres no ignoring it. It also reminds me of my mother in her final stages. As soon as I get the tanks delivered, I will post 1 last selfie and then I will not post another. It is not how I want people to remember me.... Dr was quick to point out this will help with the disability claim and.....I can never have my electricity turned off in the state of AZ. (Gee, theres a benefit Im really looking forward to....)
