Had a frustrating day today....went 3 rounds to DBKL, 1st round to the one near Kg Baru and they inform that the Dept have moved to Raja Laut. Asked them what time is their lunch hr and they say at 1pm. Managed to beat the traffic and reached there at 12.15pm,,,they refused to let me in as I am wearing sleeveless top and luckily I had my coat in the car and went to collect....came back at around 12.30pm, they inform the computers are offline as they are getting ready for lunch and asked to come back later after 2pm. Told them I have classes on and cant be back after 2pm, they inform to come back before 5pm. So, without any alternative, I came back again at 4.30pm as the traffic as usual is always heavy around that area and by the time I reached, the receptionist told me to come back another day and straight away, I told them I am going up to see the Officer as the time is still before 5pm. I went up straight and as I reached the level, the Officer, who is inside came out and thank God, he managed to see me and helped me settle my sisters issue. If not....I would have got so heated up!!!!! Gosh!!....What a day!!
