Had a fun week of teaching this week..on Tuesday I witnessed a 13 yr old girl paint who (mark my words) will be a famous artist someday, just amazed me..yesterday on the Gunflint Trail I had a new gal show up to watch..so timid, lol once I had her convinced to try it and no one would look or judge her, then she thought I was gonna draw the picture for her to paint first, she looked like a doe in the headlights when I told her, nope you are and coaxed her thru it..I swear when she left (with a pretty awesome painting) her back was straighter, her head held higher and a perma grin..LOVE my job :)
