Had a good and blessed day today, so I wanna first of all give a shout out to The Good Lord for that!... So thank You, Jesus, for good friends, good food and good times that make even better memories... I know I promised yall pictures of what the ribs would look like when they were finished cookin and ready to eat, but one of my best musical buds from Amite County, Mr. Ron Stokes came by to pick and grin with me about the time I had the biscuits done bakin on the woodstove and we made them jokers disappear before I ever even thought about postin another picture of em on here!... So Im sorry about that; its all on me... But take mine & Rons word on it; they were delicious!... Homemade buttered biscuits and barbecued pork ribs slow-cooked all day in the crockpot... And two pots of coffee and plenty good music played between Ron, my Ol best bud David T. and myself... Yep, Id say that made for a mighty good day... Now its time to cozy up to the fire alittle while then its gonna be Enter, Sandman time for me... Yall stay warm and stay safe; but most of all stay thankful and stay blessed... Goodnight & class dismissed, yall...
