Had a good day with the kids and we are just getting home. Mercedes had a counsler meeting which she said went good and Im really happy about it. We went out to dinner and had a talk about possibly getting them back home and Steph and I rotating in and out on some sort if schedule they call a 2-2-5 and that went well they were happy that they would be able to see their Mom again without her boyfriend living there it being around them at anytime and they sounded like it was something they would like for now anyway. :) Then we all went to Scottys wrestling practice which went well the kids played in the other gym running around and Sadie had a friend there so it was real good. :) Then when we got to the van I noticed Steph didnt pick up her check she wanted me to drop in the mailbox and pick up the book Shawn needs to get back to school he ha been worried about. I told her to come by the school so the kids didnt see his car there but nothing. So worried about Shawn and tired of hearing about the book I reluctantly went by to get book from mailbox and drop off her check. Wouldnt you know NO book in mailbox and loser in the driveway. Well I should have known better and not went by cause the kids immediately stopped smiling plus Shawn started crying about his book he has needed for three days. Got to love how she still thinks about the kids and their feelings. I guess she wanted to make me see it and hurt me but what she fails to realize it dont hurt anymore, well not me anyway it still hurt my kids and just upsets me that she would do that to the kids still. Well all I can say is kids dont forget things very easily and instead of trying to hurt me I wish she would concentrate on trying NOT to hurt the kids!
