Had a good late-night workout with my brother I did 130 push-ups 100 sit ups and 40 6 inch exercises. Im at home right now and dont have access to wait so I Pelee focused on bodyweight exercises and stretching. Lynn the article about you and Jessie, that Jesse posted in the group really helped restore my motivation im thankful for the people in the group and my friends who encouraged me getting my times where motivation is lacking.
