Had a good strong workout tonight. After maxing out two weeks ago, and then doing just heavy work last week, Ive dropped the weight slightly to work on a little more volume...mind you for me and deadlifts...doing 3-5 reps is high lol this was about an 7.5-8 on a scale of 1-10 so not to intense...but its the best this weight has felt in a long time, the speed at which it moved was quite shocking to me. I was happy.
