Had a good weekend up until about 10pm. Went to stand up from the couch and something NOT good happened to my lower back! Terrible pain and burning, cant stand up straight, numbness down right leg into my foot, huge lump to the right of my spine above my broken off tailbone! The pain keeps taking my breath away everytime I try to move! Jake keeps massaging it but dont really doing anything. Going to try Muscle Magic and moist heat!
