Had a great 3 hours of yoga, First with a lovely dancer Kirsty Fletcher which was her first lesson she was spot on then followed by Hannah Bedell who has done yoga before and van hold her breath longer than me then Finshed by my Students of 3 years Kayla McCormackand wendy, who were lovely as usual, ive floated home with a smile of my face feel lucky that Ive Spreaded yoga knowledge Now off for some well needed sleep x x Thank you everyone for coming x x x
