Had a great Coring Session(Core Meeting) last friday night,good turnup with sharings from our UFOs(Unfranchise Business Owners)about the WHY and HOW they are building their business and reaching their goals. Among them,theres a new UFO that caught my attention.He is the owner of a Traditional Business with more than 100 staffs and he joined our Unfranchise Business because of one special feature:Our Business can be legally -willed to his teenage kids. We were puzzled at first but he explained in details I love Unfranchise Business Because i know that whatever i build today can be transferred to my kids.Unlike Traditional Business,you need the skills,the tools and the acumen of entrepreneur to be sustainable.He foreseen that in next 5-10 years time when his kids graduated from their colleges the Business Environment will be a different ball game. More higher cost of operation,changing trend of consumerism as well tougher competition Globally.He wants to build up his Unfranchise Business steadily and from there pass on to his kids to learn the rope through trainings and tools given by MASG(Market America Singapore) as well as support from his team of UFOs. I believed strongly that he can make it as his voice expressed great fatherly love for his kids。Residual Income is no more a wild dream and in fact many UFOs in other parts of the world like Market America,Market Australia and Market Taiwan etc have now inherited their Unfranchise Business to their next generation. WHY NOT? If you have a kid and you love him/her,dont you want to leave her a legacy which incorporated team learning,social skills as well as entrepreneurship grooming?PM me for more details
