Had a great day at work. It started out yucky but it improved. Heres a little story for encouragement. I had a patient last week when I worked. Her vitals were rather unpleasant and she seemed to be doing poorly. I walked in to check her blood pressure and I couldnt get a good reading. A voice distinctly said touch her, and so I did. Immediately the vitals went up and she improved, like instantly. The nurse looked at me in shock and said what did you do? I said, I just touched her. Later on that day the same problem arouse. The voice came back and said touch her agin. The same thing happened, an immediate change. She looks over at me, not knowing me personally and said you have the Holy Spirit, He lives in you. That was a miracle! Excited and encouraged I got wreck by Holy Spirit in that same moment. Today I walked into work, it was short staffed and I was not happy. Then I heard the nurse across the hall from me say your blood pressure is still running low. And I recognized the voice of the recipient of those words: its been like this all day. It was my patient, the same one from the other day!!!! My faith stirred and immediately I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt what I needed to do. I walked over, said hello to her and she responded heres my miracle man, I need a touch. Mind you, the nurse checked the blood pressure 4 minutes earlier and it was rather low. I heard the same voice say, touch her. And need I explain the rest....lets just say this wasnt the same nurse and she too was in utter shock! Thank you lord for allowing me to work where I do. That I may encounter the sick and they may encounter you!
