Had a great day competing at the Dutch Grand Prix today. Finished 1st in my class and won the mens best presentation award! It was also a real pleasure to stand on stage with my buddy Dave Nachbar who showed improvements once again. Few more months and I gotta start watching my back! :P This was the final competition of the season so I finally have the time to really work on my physique. Id like to thank the IFBB NL for a great organized competition, Sibil oma Peeters for awarding me the best presentation and Gorrilla Wear and Vitamins and More for their sponsord stuff I got. Id like to give out a special thanks to my girl Lisa Martens, thank you for your support and coaching, cant do it without you by my side babe! Also special thanks to buddy Jeffrey Strijk for being there and training mate Julian Rozemeijer for not letting me do less than I can!
