Had a great meeting this morning w/ Isaac Morales, Director of Body Control Gym! You may know Isaac as the beastly lineman for the AFL Jacksonville Sharks! I got a great intro and tour afterwards and was quite impressed! A condensed set-up versus most of the workout factories that you see out there, but it packs one helluva punch with some of the newest weight machine and lifting technology! Especially the double-movement benches designed for easier, smoother and safer take-away presses and free weight lifting! If you live in the Julington Creek, Mandarin or St. Johns region, you should really stop by and talk to Isaac and see what their facility has to offer! Great lifting facility with conditioning exercise clinics, yoga/spinning classes, etc! Also, if youre a serious student-athlete looking to get stronger AND better conditioned for your upcoming high school sport season, Isaac and his staff provide true one-on-one and small-group specialized training! GREAT STUFF ISAAC! KEEP IT UP!
