Had a lovely Leon visit today accompanied by Archie who is one of his best friends. His second lot of blood tests came back as him lacking in Vitamin B12. To give an idea, the margin for a healthy level of B12 is between 200 - 400 ,but Leons came back with under 111. He had a shot of Vit B12 this lunchtime and that along with the steroids that he continues to have has perked him right up since yesterday. Tail wagging, recognition of who I was, walking about the room and very much happier. He has managed 4 small meals of chicken and rice which he ate without having to be convinced, but his diarrhoea remains. The dermatitis on his back end has now nearly cleared up too.
