Had a lunchtime chat with the foreman of the Constantine House site today. He said all the rubble is cleared and the building work has begun. He expected the roof to be on and the walls to be complete by Christmas - which would resolve the visible aspect of the site. They would then be working inside for a few more months. He also confirmed that the current instructions are flats above, shops below - but he said it wasnt confirmed if they would be individual shop units or one big shop.
