Had a professional stager come view the house on Tuesday. She gave me a list of things to do basically take down any remainding personal pictures; move the bar into the kitchen so the formal diningroom likes so; take any pastel southwest decor down and pack; and do touch-up painting. Of course when you take pictures down you have to patch holes and paint so that is done, bar was moved and working on baseboard cleaning and will touch-up paint after cleaning. My question is why am I doing all this work when I have not received a single call all day to schedule an appointment to see the house. Seems like a lot of work for nothing. Tomorrow I will work on the office/bedroom to as she said make it look more like a bedroom which means removing some file cabinets into the garage, but first got to move the stuff in the garage where the stuff in the bedroom needs to go. If this house ever sells I will not be owning a home any day soon.
