Had a reaction to funnel cake yesterday. The monkeys dad brought us a treat at a small country fair, and in a little bit she had the **Screaming Weepies** over me helping her with a headband she asked to borrow, and then over me asking her to please draw a picture in my thank-you letter for a nice person who did us a favor. You would have thought the world was ending. 8^O I recognized it and asked if she felt that she couldnt control herself, which she took as sarcasm and screamed at me a bit more. But I knew it was a reaction when I saw that she smeared soap all over her bathroom mirror with a hair brush. Shed never dream of doing that even as a toddler. All of this to say, I dealt with it by telling her she is having a reaction, this WILL pass, and giving her some Kids Rescue Remedy (made by Bach), and a warm soaky bath with Epsom Salts. She threw her arms around me and said she needed a hug.
