Had a real Layer 8 issue today. Lady has been complaining for a few days about not being able to make calls. I went through and changed her config and a few other things. Everything should work but she says its still not working. I ask her what numbers shes dialing. She said 9 to dial outside the company and she tried ext 7475 for inside. Both numbers came back with a standard cannot connect error. I double check her call logs... she dialed the number 9, thats it, and she dialed 747, no 5 at the end. I explain to her the dialing procedure and what I saw she dialed in an email. I havent heard back from her since haha.
