Had a really good day with Kevin, started out @ Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler for morning worship, had lunch & on to a memorial gathering called Reflections of Life, it was an uplifting time of hearing how organ & tissue donation has not only helped the recipient but gives comfort in knowing our loved ones live on to help others. Donation was not something I had ever given any thought to but when faced with a tragedy, it just made sense. RTI is the name of the organization we have worked with, your loved one is not a #, they send us updates, have lots of information, very kind considerate people. Hope you never have to make the decision of whether to donate or not but we have found it to be most worthwhile.
