Had a really great shoulder lift day. I started with shoulder presses, then moving to upright rows. I then went to dumb bells and finished off with full arm front extension. The key to great exercise is to have a plan before arrival to the gym, and always have a backup plan. To many times people will go to the gym and when they arrive they notice the piece of equipment that they want to use (treadmill, elliptical) is in use so they leave. Know this the difference between a good exercise and a great exercise is the 5% you put into it.
