Had a request from Gizelle Higginson Ukbff Competitor and Nick Higginson earlier for a bicep routine. This seemed to go down well. Bicep session? Try this: Straight bar barbell curls 4 sets x 8 reps with a 4 sec negative. All to failure after a warm up. Then the circuit: Concentration curl Hammer Concentration curl Standing curl Standing hammer curl Cross body hammer curl On the first circuit pick a weight you could perform 10 reps with and then go for 6 reps on each movement. Perform 2-3 circuits. Your reps may drop lower than 6 as you progress through the circuit. Have fun!!
