Had a request to repost this salad! ENJOY! Hawaiian Chicken Salad. In a pot cook 3c of egg noodles. Rinse and get cold. In round baker take 2 boneless ckn breasts and cook in microwave for 8min with PC Smoky BBQ Rub, once cooked chop with salad choppers into fine chunks. Mix 1/2c pineapple juice from a can of pineapple chunks with 1c mayo or salad dressing. In a bowl add the noodles, the chicken, 1 can of drained pineapple chunks, 1/4c chopped red onion,1/3c sunflower seeds. Toss well then add dressing and stir. Sprinkle PC Smoky BBQ Rub on top before serving.
