Had a strange PAP dream last night. This is true and Im not being ironic or making it up. I dreamt that a kind Minister of Finance (not sure who but has white hair but definitely not Tony Tan) greeted my mother when I wheel-chaired her around and he was sweet in talking to her. Apparently, many people (in my dream) knew my mom when she was more physically mobile. I had also given up my room and bed to my mother and was in the process of moving her to a better welfare facility. Later, I was by myself eating at a neighborhood open-air joint and two Ministers showed up after some PAP meeting and they were holding a bunch of paper documents. It was Shanmugam and one other guy. Shanmugam was disarmingly charming and friendly when he sat next to me and we spoke candidly about all sorts of things under the sun and I was even smitten. At one point, I said aloud - Gosh, someones gonna see me and take a pic and post on FB and accuse me of being an IB but what the heck. (On the last point, maybe cos last night I saw on FB someone putting Vincent Wijeysingha down for expressing full intent on quitting FB, considering him a black sheep in the SDP family, calling him a quitter too. What a mistaken notion, but yknow the FB is full of mistaken notions. And seriously, perhaps because VW is a real thing and of real threat for his oracular skill. And Singapore, Im afraid, is still not ready for an openly gay politician, lets be honest, so having him quit FB is ideal to the PAP. He must have reasons for wanting to quit FB, though. Taunts, perhaps. Gay is not like having casinos, which - though religiously sinful - can still be accepted for economic gains; never mind the hypocrisy when PAPs version of survival is desperate for EASY solutions. Anyway...) So Stanley Ong, you said u could interpret my dreams....
