Had a strange dream last night. It was a lucid one for part of the dream. My Grandpa Barres and Cousin Jeremy where there too. It was some kind of large church where I worked as a monk. I wasnt part of the church organization but something separate, like some kind of scholar. I was welcoming my brother and his new born daughter and wife to the Church. They went in to the service where the head of the Church was baptizing the new King/Emperor whom my brothers daughter was betrothed to. After the service we were outside in the hallway and there were people selling all sorts of things from pastries to electronics. One of the pastry ladies was cursing people under her breath and I told my brother she was crazy and to avoid her. As everyone was filing out of the church, the whole area started to flood but no one seemed to notice it until the water was up to our hips. It seemed like the whole world had flooded for a short time and after the waters receded people were trying to make calls on their phones. I had my Galaxy s5 so it didnt get damaged and I let my brother use it. After that is when the dream become lucid. My grandfather was over in the corner talking to someone and I walked up to him saying, I wish I could show you this phone, you would have liked it. In the dream I knew he was no longer with us and he said, Why cant you show it to me now, is it because Im...you know?. I ran to him and gave him the biggest hug Ive ever given him and I remember the feeling of him hugging me like he used to when I was a kid. While he was hugging me I looked over the rail and saw my Cousin Jeremy and he winked at me and an unspoken conversation took place between us. I smiled and waved back at him. I woke up crying.
