Had a training session down on Bilgola Beach this morning and we were all shaken by the news of how the siege in Sydney ended. We all took a moment to be still and breathe. Here is a breathing technique to try if you need it. Breathe in for 4, raise arms as you hold your breath in for 7, lower arms as you exhale for 8.
