Had a great lunch and then was able to say a few words about Team AMVETS and our great College Transition Program working with our Department Veterans Scholarship program. The 2 scholarships were well received during the Presidents Circle Luncheon. Also made a stop at the Veterans Home of Barstow and received a nice tour of the facility. Loads of AMVETS busses and vans. Spoke with am individual about the possibility of selling our Freedom Bars...we will see where that goes...
