Had a wonderful therapy session work a little longer today did more stretching but the head therapist said that I was doing really well and not to let the doctor upset me because that doctor does not know me like my therapist do they see me and everyday life and when I was at work and I know that I am doing well the doctor does not know me at all before surgery I only spent 30 minutes with him and thats when he did my evaluation what he said to me yesterday upset me a little but that made me more determined to work even harder just to show him all Ive got is 30 degrees more to be at the hundred degree mark where Im supposed to be that no problem and I am able to straighten my leg better now than what I did before surgery so thats a major accomplishment already since we have no steps at the house Bruce has got a happy Pepsi crates and make me a step so I can step on it can help me with bending my knee I got this no problem glad I have the weekend off had appointments or days this week all excited get to go out to Walmart tomorrow and do some walking and looking forward to that
