Had an amazing first day...had breakfast under a thatched roofed cabana at the polo club in manila. Flew to the island of Palawan. Drove through the jungle and over a mountain on an often one way road for an hour. Saw grass huts With no windows or doors. Chickens, goats, dogs and children everywhere. People riding water buffalo and young men and old men working side by side to build a concrete road over a mountain by hand. Walked to a private beach through a small village. Back through the jungle and dinner of crab fruit and seaweed. Mango and watermelon fruit smoothies.
