Had an amazing weekend at David Wolfes Womens Wellness Conference. Highlights were Marianne Williamson, Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D, Lissa Rankin, Donna Gates, Nadine Artemis, and of course David Wolfe. Was brought to tears quite a few times during this conference, and was amazing to be around over 1,000 like minded people so progressive in their health and wellness; befriending, networking, and connecting with so many talented shiny people and businesses. David Wolfe revealed profound discoveries about the color pigments in plants, the types of antioxidants that form those colors, and what they mean for human health. Where we are going with nutrition is amazing, and there is a massive world of information about these things that we have yet to discover!
