Had an awesome day today seeing old friends knowing I will be working w em again soon. I have heard alot of people speculate on Richfield bc the way things have changed and honestly being around the block w diff places I can say no place puts all the work they do into an orientation, inservices, keeping everyone up to date on licenses and renewals, and as much as people dont like rules and regulations they have it. In the end its all about the patient the team you have and what you make of it. Do your job stay out of the politics and you can make anything work together as a team.
