Had an interesting adventure today. I had an appt with Access-a-ride to see about getting ride service to and from dialysis. Since it was in area of Denver that I am not familiar with. They picked me up and brought be back home. Just for the record. It is not a free service. Its a special service you have to qualify for disability wise. I do not like the big vans, it was like riding a school bus except with a seat belt. I think my bones hurt just from being in one. Not the way to go if you have had surgery... to must jostling around. There is assecc - a-cab which would be a better option and cheaper also since it is only 5 miles to dialysis. so much to contemplate before surgery.... ugh... Time for a nap!!!
