Had an interesting time at Kroger today. A long time ago, I happened to be looking for a salad dressing without soybean oil. An employee tried to help me insisting there must be one. Of course, there wasnt. We talked awhile about low carb etc. Today, she ran up to me when she saw me looking at fresh salsa and reading the labels. She pulled out a different brand and pointed out that it was the only one without added sugar. She said that she pays a lot of attention now to the labels to find out whats healthy after talking to me. That made me feel good.....
